This number is a scam for some alien country, I spoke for a person with very strong European or Arabian spelling, they ask me for pay in order to unblock my safari. I can't bel4eavew it, I don't know how to fix it.
called claiming to be apple and i went along with their scheme to mess with them. After a while i informed them i was wasting their time and that i was not interested. they said they were going to notify the fbi for me wasting their time
I got a virus alert for my Apple when I opened Safari, saying to call the above phone number because of "suspicious acuity of intrusions detected". I realized it must be bogus but cannot eliminate this page. Each time I have tried shutting down Safari and my computer, and then restarting, the page comes up on Safari and I cannot access anything else.
Got the same security alert. When I called 647-360-4454 i asked what was the organiztion. The gentleman with an "Indian" accent said they were " certified partners of Apple and Windows. When I pressed him for the name of his organization he hung up.
I had the same "security alert" pop up on my Mac while using Safari. Suspected it was bogus, and did not respond. (Now will check with Apple support on how to remove the annoying pop up window). Thanks for posting your experiences with this number.
