Being on a do not call list means nothing at all. Just a make work project. They call robotically, which I thought was banned here years ago. They can't do anything if they are calling from another country. Most of these people are, and just use a Canadian number. They called my cellphone, I just add each spam number to my rejected list.
Idiot coolie saying his name was "alex" (more like Ali) was babbling about a security system. Could not understand the thing that much, as it could not speak english.
We have asked all 32 times they have called to be removed from their call list but it's never happened. I say every time they call after you've asked them not to, you make 10 calls to their home office or report alarms. Or every time they call, have the air horn ready beside the phone and don't be shy - I mean right into the phone. Deafness disqualifies them from doing their "job" (whatever that means as a telemarketer)
