this happened to me two days ago....it took me 3 hours to get constant popping up screen for credit card info...my concern was that they would get into my personal stuff,ie bank accounts and work files,,
i did use the gefragmenter and it worked.,ran mcafee 3 times in a day, and eventualy everything was up end running again...
how do these guys get through a firewall?
the calls are coming in steadily every two hours from these guys,
I received a call from this number and asked "Jennifer " what company she was calling from. She told me Google. I then asked her if she was a direct employee of google and she said yes. I asked her how she got my number and she said from the google directory. Google must be selling personal information. I am on the do not call list. It isis odd you calland less than 1 day after a virus wiped out my computer.
After these crooks infected my computer they called & said they were from Google.
My computer is. being repaired by a professional & costing me plenty. This
Company should be investigated and sued!! How do they get away with this?
They did indeed represent themselves as Google. They caused a crash and then wanted to sell me a fix. Dont give them anything. Another out of country hustle.
I am shocked by the accusations here on this site. All the information is false! I founded the business and have been in IT fro 20+ years with great reputation. I even do work for Public companies. This is someone trying to discredit our reputation.

If a client does not have proper up to date antivirus software, we do supply Trend Micro 2012 antivirus free at our cost. Yes, it is an official version and this is for our protection of our backup servers from viruses client may have. We also are an official reseller of Google Apps to SMB and SOHO business.
We have less then 1% issues with new customers and 80% of our corporate business is repeat and referral. Let me point out several things:
1. We take credit cards we never get bank information
2. We use BLUEPAY transaction site for processing so we never see the credit card
3. Some clients send checks to the office and that is ok we deposit them in our HSBC bank account the same day by our bookkeeper here in Toronto.
4. We are not selling antivirus software! We only supply it for our protection.
