Call before 9 am & after 9pm often. Never leave message.

Calls on 10/15, 9:42am; 10/19, 1:31pm & 8:29pm; 10/21 10:54am; 10/22, 8:57am. Only answered the 8:29pm call and a hispanic sounding voice replied so I just hung up.  Unanswered calls do not leave a message.  Where is the 650 area code?

No message, no answer when I picked up the phone

Received calls frequently from this number and when I pick up, no one answer. They leave no messages either. If you have ATT you can block this number by dialing #60, then #01#. This way the number will be blocked.
