I called this number and also researched them online. They are very rude when you inquire about the type of company they are. What I found is that they are NCO Financial System - a debt collection agency. They had my adult son's name, my phone #, and his former address from another state. They stated that my son was listed as a reference name and # for one of their clients (I found out from my son that their client had purchased my son's home 4 years ago in another state - which was the address they had on file for my son). I told them that the phone # they called was not my son's # -it was mine and they were to remove all immediately from their records. They wanted more information on my son. I did not give it to them. My son also called to have his name & my # removed and did not give them further information.
Who ever this is, they are one very annoying person. They have been calling me for weeks on end. Sometimes up to three times a day. I refuse to answer it because I don't know who this creep is and I don't know anyone in CA.
I keep getting calls from this #. WHen I answer they can't hear me and when I have called it back, it says it is a financial company formerly an education company. They couldn't hear me even when I called from a land line. How can you get them to STOP!
