Who called from 6502301968

I receive calls from this number as well and it shows up like this: +6502301968  Typically the "+" symbol shows up when someone is calling me from an on-line phone (Like skype or vonage) or if it is an international number.  of course they don;t leave a message.  I see from everyone else's posts that this sounds like a scam number.  I have t-mobile so I don't think I can block it.  darn!

i keep getting calls from this number - i want them to stop

got a call from my brother in montania - said that he gave my number to an indian guy - thinking it was a job lead - then he asked about it the indian guy said he was from a finance company - as i am talking to my brother about this guy - i get a call from the 650 number witch is a land line in mountain view , cali - of course i did not answer and he left no message - old student loan debt probably????

A guy calls and tells me that I owe student loans.  I never had any in my life.  They have my birthday and my name.

Called many times. I finally answered a call. Asked for someone that wasn't me. They stated that the conversation is being recorded.
