You would think that after Capital One has called me at least a zillion times via 800-955-6600 and I haven't answered they would give up. Now I'm getting calls from 718-359-1082. It's really irritating because I can't just hit the Talk button and redial the last friend I really want to speak to without accidentally calling Capital One.
I don't have a Capital One card, and because of these harassing calls, I never will. Dirty marketing tactics such as these are a clear warning to me to never get involved with that business.
File Formal Report on http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm to make a complaint to Uncle Sam, when you fill in the complaint, reference #09-C00090484 and say it's a related complaint filed on the internet.
Like I have said before, Don't answer this call, and program it in to your phone as "Capital One" then you can set your ringtone for that contact as "no ring" hahahaha I figure if these pricks thought it was important they would leave a message.
