Who called from 7183591082

I switched to a different cell phone number and Capital One called my new number over and over again from different numbers even though I'm not a customer. I emailed [email protected] and nicely explained to them what was going on and gave them my number. I didn't expect them to do anything but they emailed me back saying my number is off the list and I haven't received a call since!!!!

it's capital one credit card company - they have a multitude of numbers to call from.

I don't have a capital card either and have been getting these calls for  over a year. I work graveyard and have reported this many times. No results. I am not changing my phone number, soooo, I use caller block.  I now have "11" phone numbers from these people blocked.

I get phone calls from them 20 times a day or more.  I get tired of answering to find a computer on the other end. This should be against the law.  I missed one payment and called them to work something out and they told me no.  I can't go from $15 a moth payments to $65 on a whim on two credit cards, I am on a strict budget.  They refused to work me to try and resolve. They would rather severly harrass me.  Not to mention before I missed a payment they raised my rates and never notified me which is against federal law. They should be stopped from their illegal practices.

It's Capital One for sure.
