You would think that after Capital One has called me at least a zillion times via 800-955-6600 and I haven't answered they would give up. Now I'm getting calls from 718-359-1082. It's really irritating because I can't just hit the Talk button and redial the last friend I really want to speak to without accidentally calling Capital One.
I don't have a Capital One card, and because of these harassing calls, I never will. Dirty marketing tactics such as these are a clear warning to me to never get involved with that business.
yes this number calls my phone everyday 7 days a week all day long. and yes it is capital one and im sure its because they want money i do not have.
i find it funny how some people can spout off so quickly to degrade a person "its because yours not paying your bills". like everyone who isnt paying their bills is sitting at home with a 6 pack of beer smoking pot not giving a [***] about anything.
some of us are actually among those 9 million people who lost our jobs. i have had solid work for 16 yrs... part of that time i spent serving this great country in the military for almost a decade.
now i am without work, sending out hundreds of job applications with zero results.
some people are decent people who did pay their bills on time.. until one day they woke up and life as they once knew it was over.
so they can keep on calling.. unless they are calling to offer me a job, then their calling will resolve nothing.
so i guess that means i now fit into that category of people who do not pay their bills.. more than likely my vehicle will be repo'd soon and then nothing will matter.. because then even if i do get a phone call for employment i wont have a way to show up for work.
Believe me. They continue to call and its from over a dozen different numbers each in a different state. I finally got Google Voice which allows you to block numbers. I have blocked basically every number I have gotten from them however they continue to call from different numbers. Its hard to keep up with all the numbers they have to block them all!!
