Just got my first call from this #, didn't answer, checked here (which I always do) and BLOCKED. I agree with folks who say these scammers should be tortured.
We keep getting calls from this number also 718-362-8024. We never answer any call that we don't know. If the country is in need of money then why don't they fine these companies (?) like $100 per call made. I'm sure they would certainly pay respect to the Do Not Call list and get the country out of debt in about a week.
Call your phone company ask for "selective call reject" and you can block any number you want. They will get a polite message informing them that your number is not accepting calls from their number.
