You made your recruiters lie to people!!! Now these people think that the recruiters who were calling them are horrible people!! They dont know that you put your recruiters jobs on the line and intimidate them into reading off scripts. BE STRAIGHTFORWARD!!! if someone wants to sell insurance they will. Also the stupid fake response is not winning anyone over!
Just got a call from a them. Woman was asking about my current employment mentioning Monster. I have asked her why she is asking me questions and how she can help me and she just hung up on me. ???? Stupid scam!
I agree with Mr Bratin 100% you owe it to your self to give it a try ... yes we do call many people for interviews but only a few are invited back . Not every one qualifies for our management positions..
And For our former employees i just have one thing to say dont hate nilico for something that you dont have and thats a strong work ethic and a drive to succedd ..
I received calls all day until about 8:30 at night. Never a message but did call twice in a minute. I'm really glad I wasn't able to answer now. I do get emails form careerbuilder.com, very irritated.
Ok people, here is the deal. In order to SELL insurance, you have to have a license. They will not pay you during this period of time, and when you finally do get your license, you will be on commission... not a salary. I have gone through this with Primerica before... and all through CareerBuilder.com. I am just about to kill my account with them due to the spam and bogus phone calls I get from them.
I recieved a call from them today. it was a lady and she was very very rude that she even hanged up on me. I was having a wonderful day before she called to discuss about the job offer. However she could tell by my voice that i might not be interested because she wont answer some of my questions about wages so she decided to upset me. Am not looking for this kind of job. it a sales job and commissions only. I have been there before worked my [***] off and ended up with no pay. and am not ready to waste my time into this again
