Someone who is not too smart and can't tell an answering machine message from an actual person is doing the marketing here--they said HELLO in somewhat accented English in a rather annoyed way. CALLER ID read NEW YORK with the number beneath.
Getting phone bombed by this number at least a few times a day for the last several days. If I answer, no one is there. If it goes to voice mail, they leave no message. Am blocking it today.
