Keep calling me....say i owe from a payday loan and each call they say from a different loan company...Say i will be served papers. Can give u know information on the supposeded loan.
I just received a call from this number. Scary to know they literally had all of my information and said i have a civil lawsuit and there is money owed. I did not back down and i kept insisting on proof and a physical address to handle the matter. Stupid scammer! trying to steal my hard earned money!! no wayyyyy.... not me!
I received call from this number said had claim against me and to call them back or have my lawyer call them left message but never let me know what the claim was that they had against me.
This computer contacted me today saying I filed a complaint and to have my lawyer or myself call this number back otherwise I would face criminal charges. SCAM. My mom got the same voicemail 2 minutes later.
I received a call from these people this afternoon. They left a message on my phone. Called them back, the woman was rude and would not tell what payday loan company under Mack Development Lender Group they were representing. She had all my personal information and somehow my ex-husband's name was in there. They said I owed $965.00 going back to 2011 when the supposed payday loan was requested. I tried telling the woman I never took a payday loan out. She wanted me to pay upfront the amount that I would be able to pay, today. After going rounds with this woman I finally asked to speak to her supervisor. Her supervisor was just as rude. They both recommended to either have my wages garnished or pay to avoid going to court. I am not going to pay for anything for something I did not ask for or receive.
One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.
According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.
The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.
