Keep calling me....say i owe from a payday loan and each call they say from a different loan company...Say i will be served papers. Can give u know information on the supposeded loan.

This and a few other numbers call me 5-6 times a week. Left a robot message about how I need a lawyer and I'm being sued. I called back to see what info they had of mine, and a woman answered and was rude right away. she used my maiden name, I've been married 8 years and wouldn't tell me what company she was representing and or for what I was being sued for. I continued to question her and she started yelling at me to pay my bills and good luck in court, then she hung up. This is all a ploy to get money from you. Also beware of 804 420 8408, another scam robot calling saying you are being charged with fraud. Says 2 charges pending and call their legal department.
Rcvd a call on my cell w/voice mail stating my legal council must contact their office before they proceed with further action against me and my file complaint number is 211354. I know they are scammers. I get several calls a week from them. Sometime and embarrassing enough they contact my work manager insisting to speak with me. they didn't identify a company name or name of a person in my voice mail.
Same call with this 'pre-trial' bologna. They change their phone numbers around once a week and keep calling again and again. If you call them they answer 'pre-trial' but there is no such company as 'pre-trial.
