Keep calling me....say i owe from a payday loan and each call they say from a different loan company...Say i will be served papers. Can give u know information on the supposeded loan.
Had this 718-569-6520 call. Called it back and got an Antonio Baker at pre trial.. Actually called pre trial processing if you dig. Part of capital group. Said a payday loan by Mack development group.. Stating owed 945.00 dollars. Had an address from 6yrs ago and said I took out loan in 2012. That is a lie. I lived in a different town in 2012 500 miles from the address. They only have last 4 of social security asking me to verify full.. They got rude and wouldn't give any info about Mack group and said Google it. Looked it up and then called them wrong number no longer affiliated with them for 6yrs. Called Antonio Baker back and he was crappy until stated to just pay it then he got all excited in the tone of voice until asked for more info and he hung up.. Scam.. I have never taken a payday loan out, haven't lived at that address in 6yrs never needed a payday loan or even applied. I do have student loans with salliemae Mae now navient (salliemae was hacked) only thing can think of is when salliemae was hacked info got out... Just fyi Antonio Baker loves it when you call in and take his time up on the phone so give him a ring..
I was called and said that I needed to have myself or a legal representative because I am going to be sued in the amount of one thousand one hundred and forty dollars for a payday loan when asked to provide proof of the transaction whether it be a check written or live money wired to an account he said fine got root and eventually hung up on me then another individual called and said that if I wasn't such a bad check writer and having bounced checks all over California I wouldn't be getting this call and I was hung up on again.
Just received this call and did not answer. They left a voicemail, automated computer saying to call back and a claim was filed against me. This isn't my first scam call. I get them all the time. I have already filed bankruptcy actually so i kinda want to call them back just to let them know they can have legal action against them from my end. But i'll leave it alone and just not answer again.
