Keep calling me....say i owe from a payday loan and each call they say from a different loan company...Say i will be served papers. Can give u know information on the supposeded loan.
I just received a call from 800-411-9305 stating they're with provisional services for a pay day loan dating back to 2009. Now first off, I've never applied for a loan up until 2 days ago. Secondly, I just received this phone number this year of August 2015. Thirdly, the job they said I had is incorrect. . The only way they have my information is from applying for a loan. They said they're gonna summons me, and that they work for a company called Mack Development Group. I asked for a phone number and an address for this company. They refused to give me the information. I've called them 7 times and spoke to 7 different people, they all have the same attitude and I was hung up on each and every last one of them. I asked them how much was the loan for, they said they don't know but I owed $755.00 for restitution fees! I told them I'm reporting them to the better business Bureau. It's so much fraud going on that it's an outcry!
I just received a call today from 844-226-8637....they left an automated message stating that they were NRA and left a claim number for me to reference...I called them back and spoke with a lady that proceeded to tell me that I owed a total of $615.00 for a loan that I had applied for back in October of 2013 with a checking account that I had closed over 5 years ago.....She said that I had to secure payment with a Visa or Mastercard to prevent further court proceedings ....I demanded that I be sent some kind of documentation because I did not apply for no such loan on a closed account...They did not even have my current address of six years...She proceeded to tell me that they had been sending letters to old addresses and that I had not responded so it was now going to court....i'm like really ...you can find my cell phone number but not my current address in your so called investigation...They could not give me a straight answer on anything...I asked what payday loan was this with...could not answer other than naming off a few under this Mack Development group....I demanded a phone number for this Mack Development group and she told me that would be a conflict of interest since they are representing them....The most rude people I have ever dealt with...I told her I have never heard of being accused of something and you cannot even send me the proof....I probably argued with this lady for 30 minutes trying to get valid info for this so called loan...she finally ended up putting on a so called supervisor that pretty much was same run around...She said give me your current address and I will send you the information along with your summons...And I said I guess we will see you in court...I have never encountered any such legitimate collection agency....litigator that would not be willing to at least show you some evidence....SCAM...SCAM...I am calling my State Attorney General Office and reporting this.....And how scary that they do have accurate info!!!!!!!! The number I called back identified them as the National Recovery Agency but both ladies I spoke with said they were litigators...So which is it??
I received the sam phone call but from a different phone number but for the Mack Development Company. Threatening they would come to my home or work. Did they finally stop harassing you.
