Oh Boy! They really don't like it when you call them out on it. I just kept calling them back and making them talk to me. They did put me on hold for a few minutes. The way I look at it, as long as they are having to deal with me, answering the phone, hanging up or keeeping me on hold, that is holding them back from scamming one other person. So, call them back, A LOT, and harass them!!
Some guy speaking almost unintelligible english left a voice mail saying he was from the IRS Audit division and as soon as I "read" this message I had to call them. I played it for my husband and we laughed before deleting it. The same guy called again an hour later and told me the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and asked if I had a criminal defense attorney. I laughed and asked him what the hell he was talking about and he YELLED at me "Do you have a criminal defense attorney?" I hung up on him. We'll see if he keeps calling. I may try impersonating an IRS employee the next time he calls. The guy certainly has a short fuse! Kind of funny, but I know some person somewhere will be frightened into giving him their credit card information and that is infuriating.
We have been doing the same thing calling and harassing them they even started swearing at us telling us to stop harassing them! Lol so funny.. Keep calling tie up the line
