Caller ID identified this caller only as "New York". I didn't answer. An automated message was left stating "This is IRS" (not "This is the IRS" - bad English). It told me they were filing a law suit against me, and to call them immediately at 202-738-1919. It was also weird because of the way they said the number to call. They said "202738.1919" (202738 point 1919), like they were unfamiliar with American phone numbers.
MICROSOFT TELEMARKETER CALLED MY HOME AT 11:04 PM........WOKE ME FROM A SLEEP..............NOT IMPRESSED!!!!! THE ONLY PLACE THEY COULD HAVE GOTTEN THE NUMBER FROM WAS BEST BUY, THEY WILL BE RECEIVING A LETTER FROM ME! HOW FAR IT WILL GET ME I DO NOT KNOW.

Yesterday I got a call from that number as well but today I got a call from Iran (I googled the number) and they also said they were from Microsoft.I believe both numbers are connected (the same people)

Thick accent called and said he was from Microsoft Technical Department, then asked me how I was today.
My answer:
"I'm fine. This is a scam! Goodby!"
And I hung up before he could say anything else.
This time I was polite, not the next time.
Stupid telemarketer trying some fishing, calling about my computer (I have 6) and that there's a problem with them (I work in IT, I know my stuff) hung up on his face. Stupid scam!
