I did some research and found out that Arnold Katz was a photographer who passed away in 2012 in New York City. He still has a photography gallery. But that may not be the person that represents the prank call there are dozens of Arnold Katz in the New York City area . But this is definitely fraud .
Recieved this caller today claim I bought service for $299 from Microsoft and he is offering a refund. Said his name is Steven Adams gave bogus call back number 950 939 0139. Beware ......Suffolk County, NY.
Claims to be from Microsoft and my computer is "sending" messages. BS: this guy stole some ladies phone number who lives in Brooklyn and mostly likely she is deceased. Why cannot we get these guys to stop????
