I did some research and found out that Arnold Katz was a photographer who passed away in 2012 in New York City. He still has a photography gallery. But that may not be the person that represents the prank call there are dozens of Arnold Katz in the New York City area . But this is definitely fraud .
Caller ID had "Arnold Katz". The caller said he was David Smith and was calling about my windows. I replied, "You mean, on my house". He said, "OH, no. The windows on my computer". I said, "I have Apple". He hung up. To him and all others like him who call, I have a special wish. That all of you be kidnapped and exported to the presence of the idiots called "ISIS" and that you be converted to Mohammedanism or have your heads cut off from the rest of your bodies. Al ham do Allah!!
Call came in from Arnold Katz. Since I have been laid off from work, I answer every call because I have so many job applications out there, (so annoying!), and I never know when it might be a job lead. After I cheerfully answered the telephone, I heard them take a breath and then they hung up. I just blocked it.... another annoyance gone from my life!
