Who called from 7188197702

Recording exactly as stated by Dr D.  Even identified herself as Leslie Owens.  Caller ID showed New York NY.  Did not call back, of course.

Received same call just a few minutes ago. These crooks moved on an are now calling themselves "Dept. of Legal Affairs". They used similar language  when pretending to be the IRS. How long until they will be tracked down and charged?

I got the same threatening message as described above.  Shows up on caller ID as Joy Elwell.  Foreign accent.

Received a call from the same number. Caller ID had it as coming from Joy Elwell. She hung up when I answered, and left no voicemail. I have received numerous calls purportedly from the IRS....I know IRS agents personally, and I know the procedures.
