I have been getting threatening calls from this phone number also. They keep calling my work, so my bf called them and they were very rude to him, and even said [***] your gf. I don't know what to do about this. I never got a pay day loan that I didn't pay back in full. Can anybody help? Should I call the attorney general? The are code 718 is from Brooklyn NY
I started getting the calls last week and the Indian sounding guy would leave a message which all of them sound the same. Like a robot or some [***]. And when I first heard it I thought it was a joke or something until today they called and said this was my second warning and If I didnt call back that he tried to warn me before something terrible unfold. So every time I tried to call the number would not work until today a indian guy picked up and said HELLO and Im thinking thats definitely not professional but watever but dis guy had all of my info. He verified my address, email and phone number. Last 4 digits of my social and said I had a loan of $5,000 due. He said I had 3 charges against me total one of fraudulent checks. And 2 other ones. He said I have court in the morning tommorow and that a cop will be at the address to give me my summons. I was a little bit terrified at 1st because he knew so much but I knw that I never received a loan for that much just because I dont have a job to take out any loans. I dont even have credit. And anyway how da hell dey get my number? Then how da [***] you gon send a summons the morning of court? If someone was going to sue you they should have been gave you notice...smh then he gon tell me to erase the number because he was not allowed to tell me as much as he did....[***] idiot.
Oh and da mofo said his name is James Brown then the other guy who sounds like him that I actually spoke to today name started with an R but he sounded just like the dude in the recorded msgs..smh

I have been getting phone calls from 7188416477. The guy is also Indian who sounds the same all the time but changes his name. There has been a women who called me twice as well. These call are very annoying especially when they threaten you. These people keep saying that they will file a lawsuit against me if I dont call them back. The strange thing is that they will not provide me with any information about the so call "loan" I owe. They just want money. They may have yoour information if you got a loan online and they got a hold of your personal information. Don't fall for it, ignore the phone call. Also this guy said he was calling From BCA Law Firm. If you Google this law firm its real name is Bhavya Chaudhary & Associates. They deal with Immigration issues and it does not say anything about payday loans. They are only based in Georgia and Tennessee...So just BEWARE of these SCAMS!!
