I have been getting threatening calls from this phone number also. They keep calling my work, so my bf called them and they were very rude to him, and even said [***] your gf. I don't know what to do about this. I never got a pay day loan that I didn't pay back in full. Can anybody help? Should I call the attorney general? The are code 718 is from Brooklyn NY
These people are calling me at work and saying the same thing. I have a claim against me and tomorrow at 11am charges will be filed. I don't return the call however they continue to call me at my work
Started with a vmm warning me not to ignore. Wanted me to call back with my attorney info. A couple days later got another call. When I answered it was an Indian guy, could not understand, connected me to his manager who was the exact same guy, Brad Smith. Said I had to pay 5k for an unpaid loan immediately over the phone or I would be picked up the next day at 11 a.m. What? Wanted me to fax an authorization letter to them with my account number so they could draft my account. I ignored it. Nothing happened at 11 a.m. the next day. However, I did get another vmm from the same guy, this time name was Robert Williams, very threatening message about court, fraud, what? It's a scam beware.
just got a call from this # at work, a co worker took the message, told her my personal information, I have had it with these freaking scammers and will report them to the police as I have all of the other times that they call, and everyone else should do the same, they are bilking unsuspecting people who get scared out of $$$ and it needs to stop NOW
