i worked for madison whos who and they are a rip off. they are even ripping off there employees. they still owe me money for working for them and they never sent my check. i may have to take them to court. i watched them lie cheat and steal from there customers. anyone who signs up with this company is waisting there time. they are going to keep calling you trying to sell you more stuff every two months.
Yes, they are a scam! I have been charged more than $800, some unauthorized and no book all year long! Please AVOID THEM!!! I just got off the phone with my CC company and I will call them tomorrow. I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission if they do not refund me everything!
AT FIRST I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS LEGIT. I WAS IN DESPERATE NEED OF A JOB AND THEY CALLED ME BACK FOR AN INTERVIEW. I WAS TOLD IT WAS FOR A HUMAN RESOURCE POSITION, ADMINISTRATIVE WORK. AFTER I GOT TO TRAINING IS WHEN I REALIZED I WAS BASICALLY GOING TO BE A TELEMARKETER BUT I NEEDED THE MONEY SO I DIDNT CARE. THEY DONT PAY YOU FOR THE 3 DAY TRAINING AND THEY START EVERYONE WHO STAYS THE 3 DAYS THAT WEDNESDAY. THERE IS A TRAINING CLASS EVERY SINGLE WEEK. ONCE YOU GET ON THE PHONES ABOUT 99% OF THE NEW EMPLOYEES WILL MAKE SALES BUT AFTER A WEEK OR 2 IT GETS MORE FRUSTRATING FOR NEW EMPLOYEES ND CUSTOMERS. WE HARASS THESE PEOPLE DAY IN AND DAY OUT BUT THATS WHAT WE GET PAID FOR SO WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CONTINUE MAKING OUR CALLS UNTIL WE SPEAK TO SOMEONE. AND YES EVEN AFTER PEOPLE CURSE US OUT ND SAY IVE BEEN CALLED X AMOUNT OF TIMES AND I ASKED NOT TO BE CALLED SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE WILL CALL THEM BACK. SCOTT AND GEORGE THE FLOOR MANAGER (WHICH I DONT EVEN KNOW HIS REAL NAME HE GOES BY BISNOFF AND STEVE NELSON) PRESSURE EVERYONE TO MAKING THESE SALES CONVINCE PEOPLE TO BUY THEY SAY ITS YOU YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE YOU HAVE TO HAVE CONVERSATION YOU HAVE TO STROKE THESE PEOPLE MAKE THEM FEEL IMPORTANT BUT THEY JUST WANT US TO SOFTEN PEOPLE UP SO WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO MONEY AND CREDIT CARD INFO YOU ARE SO COMFORTABLE WIT THIS SALES REP YOUR WILLING TO GIVE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY #. NOW THEY WANT US TO ASK FOR CVV # ON CREDIT CARDS BECAUSE TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT GETTING CHARGED FOR NUMEROUS THINGS WITHOUT PERMISSION. BUT ITS NOT THE CUSTOMERS ITS THE COMPANY. ITS SCOTT AND MATT AND DIANE IN HUMAN RESOURCE ITS ANTHONY WHO CHARGES CREDIT CARDS AS WELL. THEY FIRE PEOPLE LEFT AND RIGHT IF THEY ARENT MAKING SALES NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE BAD SALES REPS BUT BECAUSE THEY AS INDIVIDUALS ARENT MAKING MONEY. THEY ARE SO MONEY HUNGRY ITS DISGUSTING. NOW ABOUT THE COMPANY AND IT BEING A SCAM...IT MOST DEFINATELY IS. COMING FROM THE INSIDE ITS THE MOST UNEASY WORK ENVIRONMENT TO BE IN BECAUSE EVERYONE WHETHER THEY ADMIT IT OR NOT KNOWS THAT 90% CUSTOMERS DO NOT GET WHAT THEY PAID FOR GET OVERCHARGER OR CHARGED MORE THAN ONCE WITHOUT PERMISSION. SOME CUSTOMERS DO GET WHAT THEY PAY FOR AND ARE SATISFIED BUT LIKE SOMEONE UP THERE SAID ITS 500 TO 1. MORE THAN HALF OF THE EMPLOYEES CHANGE THEIR NAME ON THE PHONE NOT BECAUSE THEIR NAME IS TOO HARD TO PRONOUNCE OR ITS GHETTO BUT JUST BECAUSE EVENTUALLY YOU REALIZE WHAT THE COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT AND YOU DONT WANT NO PART IN IT WHEN IT GOES DOWN. AND TRUST ME 90% OF THE EMPLOYEES KNOW THE COMPANY IS GOING DOWN BUT THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE THE BEST OUT OF IT UNTIL ANOTHER JOB COMES AROUND. AND AS FOR THE OWNERS AND MANAGERS AND HEAD PEOPLE IN HUMAN RESOURCE THEY KNOW THE COMPANY IS GOING DOWN BECUSE IVE HEARD A NUMBER OF TIMES THEM WHISPERING ABOUT THINGS OR MAKING COMMENTS ABOUT "WHEN THE COMPANY GOES DOWN YOU WONT FIND ME". I NEVER EVEN KNEW SCOTT AND MATTS LAST NAMES UNTIL I READ THIS AND THE FLOOR MANAGER "GEORGE" HAS SO MANY NAMES IM UNSURE OF HIS REAL NAME. THEY WANT TO BE UNKNOWN AND ITS A TERRIBLE THING WHAT THIS COMPANY IS DOING TO SO MANY PEOPLE AND THEIR CREDIT CARDS. A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP IS $789, A 5 YR $589, A 2 YR $289, A 1 YR IS $99 AND THEY ALSO HAVE A $59 1 YR PLAN IF THEY SAY NO TO THE $99 ONE. THEY EVEN HAVE A MONTH TRIAL OF $19.95 WHICH "CAN BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME" BUT THAT IS NOT SAID TO THE CUSTOMERS THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME. THEY KEEP CHARGING NUMEROUS TIMES UNTIL THEY REALIZE ONCE A MONTH THEYRE BEING CHARGED FOR $19.95 OR MORE. ALSO AT THE END OF THE SCRIPT WHICH YES WE READ A SCRIPT ITS NOT A NORMAL CONVERSATION THE SALES REP TELLS THE CUSTOMER THERE WILL B A FREE 60 DAY NETWORKING CHAT ROOM WHICH THE CUSTOMER NOR I REALIZED AFTER THE 60 DAYS THEY WILL BE CHARGED X AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR IT IT WONT BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED. THE BOOK WHICH SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH THIS OUTRAGEOUS PRICE FOR A MEMEBERSHIP IS $189 ITS CALLED THE DEFERRED PAYMENT BUT IF YOU WANT CUSTOMERS TO GO WITH THE SALE THE MAJORITY OF THE REPS DONT MENTION THE "DEFERRED PAYMENT" HEY MIGHT EVEN SAY THIS IS YOUR FINAL PAYMENT THERE WILL NOT BE ANY ANNUAL DUES OR FEES. WRONGG! EVERY FEW MONTHS A NEW SALES REP WILL BE CALL FOR SOMETHING ELSE WITHA DIFFERENT PRICE FOR THE BOOK FOR THE PLAQUE FOR MEMBER OF THE YEAR FOR MAN/WOMAN OF THE YEAR FOR VIP. ITS CRAZY. ONE MORE THING ABOUT THOSE AIRLINE TICKETS THEY ARE NOT TICKETS THEY ARE VOUCHERS AND YOU CAN BE WAITING FOREVER TO GET THEM IF YOU EVER GET THEM. I HAVE ALOT MORE TO SAY BUT I THINK IVE SAID MORE THAN ENOUGH.

THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AS WELL AS THEIR EMPLOYEES BUT THATS ANOTHER STORY IM JUST LOOKING OUT FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND FUTURE CUSTOMERS. CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD IF YOU ALREADY PURCHASED FROM THEM BECUASE WHETHER YOU RECEIVE SOMETHING OR NOT THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE ON YOUR CARD UNTIL YOU REALIZE IT.
