Called Texas Landline Tue 7 Mar 2017 10:24 I answered, said nothing, recording began w/same msg as previous voicemail. I hung up.

Robocall scam. Threatens to file a complaint and threatens to contact Human Resources with complaint unless you call back a phone number to settle. Interesting scam as I don't have a Human Resources since I am retired for many years.
