Called Texas Landline Mon 6 Mar 2017 14:39 left the described msg in voicemail.
Called Texas Landline Tue 7 Mar 2017 10:24 I answered, said nothing, recording began w/same msg as previous voicemail. I hung up.

ID themselves as "NIC". Claim to be a "mediation firm". Right. "Mediation Firm" is scammer double-talk for debt collector. No idea where they are located. Simply ignore and block these calls.
Received a call from this number to my business claiming that a complaint had been filed against a person named Clara Nelson with a case number of 80995. I have never even been personally introduced to a Clara Nelson so it obviously didn't apply to my business. Definitely a scam but I have to ask, what is the upside to a scam like this? Aren't scams supposed to make money for the scammer? Where is the payoff in wasting everyones time?
