Who called from 7406100206

Robo call was quiet 2-3 seconds after my answer machine got done talking, then caller's robo calls says "good-bye" in a computer voice.

Robo calls are illegal & calling someone on the do not call list.

Called today and my answering machine picked up...all that I heard on the message was a dial tone as they hung up without leaving a message.

Just called not leaving a message or any noise this time.
Reporting this cell phone caller for the second time.

Same story as the others, robo call -- no message
