I have been getting allot calls for a Walter Elliot and a Mary K Coffin, each time I have to tell them it is the wrong number. I questioned them about what company they are calling from but the refuse but if I don't answer my phone they leave a message for these people even though my voice mail have my name stated. I called this number back and it directs you to another phone number 1-800-950-5194. You call the other number it states that they will take you information on the number. I DON'T RECOMMEND CALLING. The message when they leave it on my phone states that they are from Citi.
I received a call from this number. Thank goodness I did. She informed me that she believed someone was using my Home Depot card.(they were) She was very helpful and kind. I would recommend to not block this number.
I see many people claiming not to have a Citi account receiving these calls... just an FYI, Citi maintains card accounts for Home Depot, all major gas cards, Sears, Kmart, Dell, and many other brands. They also have an AT&T credit card. If they are calling and asking for you by name, you do have an account with them whether you know it or not.
