Who called from 8042019646

Reverse check revealed this number source of call to my house - silence, beep, accented voice describing some sort of outfit supporting international trade - Trade Promotion Authority? if so, there is none, this is shorthand for bill authorizing President to "fast-track" international trade agreements - anyway, flustered caller could not answer questions whether this outfit was a 501c4 or 501c3 or listed by Charity Navigator and tried to interject something about its function dating to the time of Theodore Roosevelt. Told him they were not getting any money from me and hung up.

Called today, message machine picked up, long pause, no message.

Call showed Richmond VA, Usual boiler room sounds, lots of people making noise in the background. Just another bunch of [***] to block.

Call showed Richmond, VA. I did not pick up, female caller asked for me by name (Used my full first name which I NEVER use), I heard the boiler room sounds in the background, she just kept saying "Hello", obviously didn't realize she was talking to an answering machine. Stayed on the line for an inordinate amount of time. I work night, heard this from the bedroom, now I'm wide awake. :(

Have has several calls from this number, but we never pick-up until today.  Same as above, boiler room sounds and I just hung-up.
