I have been getting calls from this number recently but they are calling for my brother. A couple of years ago I was getting several on his behalf and when I finally did speak to some one, it was regarding some "case" that they could not give me information about. The background also sounded like a call center. I requested they remove me and it worked for a while but then started again a year ago from different locations in VA, NY, CA, and i think a couple others so I started blocking. Now they are back with the Richmond number.
