I have received this call often, and I usually hang up immediately. But last time I hung it would not disconnect, the recording kept play for about 5 minutes. I reported it to Bell Canada, they couldn't do anything. Be aware!!!!
On the following web site the solution apparently is either to hang up immediately or to purchase a loud whistle, follow instruction to talk with someone then blow as hard as you can.
