I have received this call often, and I usually hang up immediately. But last time I hung it would not disconnect, the recording kept play for about 5 minutes. I reported it to Bell Canada, they couldn't do anything. Be aware!!!!
I got this call and from reading previous posts on other sites, I knew it was best to speak with an agent so I could give them a piece of my mind. Spoke with Debbie, told her I knew this was a scam and that I was going to file another report with the police. She quickly said they would never call me again and hung up.
