I have received this call often, and I usually hang up immediately. But last time I hung it would not disconnect, the recording kept play for about 5 minutes. I reported it to Bell Canada, they couldn't do anything. Be aware!!!!
Didn't answer, no message left. I seem to be getting more and more telemarketing calls from an American number each day. I too am on the Canadian do not call list.
getting one or two (recorded) calls per week from this number regarding my credit ratiing (no problem) and they wil give me better interest.live in senior complex and many people getting these calls. Call advises to pres #3 and they will not call back. This obviusly part of the scam.
I just hang up and tell others to do the same.
I have selected #3 to be removed several times so today I pressed 1 to talk to an agent and I asked him what company he was calling from as I am on the do not call list as well and I wanted to report him because I am sick of this bullsh*t. When I asked him his company he hung up immediately.

So my question is why is this scam going on year after year is no one interested in stopping these obvious thieves?
