I'm getting multiple calls a day, there is no connection problem anywhere, and if there is, as several have mentioned, I will call them. This sounds way too much like a phishing attempt. I mean, come on, I have enough trouble getting Comcast to work on a problem when I do have one and have called them, am I to believe that they are paying people to call out to customers who *might* have a problem? Besides, last time Comcast was here, a few months ago, they rewired everything from the box at the curb in.
Called and said they were Comcast. Wanted to run a program to check my connection. Told the person, very heavy foreign accent, it was a scam and hung up. My connection is excellent, if it's not then I WILL call Comcast myself.
