I'm getting multiple calls a day, there is no connection problem anywhere, and if there is, as several have mentioned, I will call them. This sounds way too much like a phishing attempt. I mean, come on, I have enough trouble getting Comcast to work on a problem when I do have one and have called them, am I to believe that they are paying people to call out to customers who *might* have a problem? Besides, last time Comcast was here, a few months ago, they rewired everything from the box at the curb in.

Said they were with Comcast and there was a connection problem. Scheduled service. Sounded like a scam. Heavy accent. I called Comcast the next morning. They verified it was legit, and didn't show under "my accounts" since it was outside service. I also read were they are piloting this sort of pro-active service of potential issues.
