This number keeps calling my cell phone... annoying... I am on the no call list but it doesn;t seem to help...

Criminals don't obey laws.  Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

This number called 3 times at 2:48am, 2:49am & 2:50am!!! No message. I called the number back and just got a rapid busy signal!!

No message, called 4 times around 2:00 A.M. and woke us up.

I received a call from this number at 2:30 in the morning!  What is wrong with these people!  To have your phonw ring in the middle of the night, you can only expect the worst.  The government better do something about this.  What good is the do not call registry.  [***]!
