Robo-"Rachel" called me at 1:33AM in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!! I thought my husband or one of my sons was hurt or worse! Took hours for the adrenaline and fear to fade. "Rachel from Credit Card Services" has called many times from various numbers, but this was just cruel, and inefficient, unless from their point of view someone who was having a financial issue would be panicked into following through if awoken from sleep. We are of course on a no-call list too.
This is the third time I gotten a call from them. Today when I answered a woman came on line and said her name was Bella. I answered, "...ohhhh Bella I been meaning to call you." She responded. "... ...ok?" I responded, "I have been meaning to talk to you about your mother as to what happened." Bella responded, "... .... .....Ok."
