I received a call from this number minutes after I made a pymt for a storage shed rental. Thought is was suspicious so I called Woodforest direct. It was a legit call, verifying that I authorize the payment. It was a small amount compared to Walmart debits so maybe there is lots of fraud coming from the state this transaction generated from.
This is a legit phone number from Woodforest bank fraud division. They leave a message with a different call back number. They called me immediately when they saw several attempts for the same amount of a purchase at walmart. When I called back, they unblocked my debit card right away.
