Who called from 9170000000

I got a call from this number Friday at 10 AM. It was just music, with no voices speaking.

just got a call machine picked it up from this # music sounded like it was from "Stomp"....then a girl saying hello 2x, she hung up.......

Calling me every once in a while and not leaving a message on my answering machine.

I picked up yesterday when I saw the # 917-000-0000 on my caller ID, it's a Campaign for Mike Bloomberg, the person asking if I support his latest "flavor of the month"-improving neighborhoods, his control in the schools etc and  I told the person I couldn't stand him and not to call back She said, I'm sorry to hear that, thank you for your time.....

Calls would come in late afternoons or early evenings - no one would say anything - sounds like children playing in the background. I just say wrong number or hang the phone.
