Who called from 9175228863

Calling about Windows computer program asked questions told me to shut up that I don't know anything

This number called me and said hello with some mumbled words and hung up.

It was a recording saying that my Bank of America debit card had been deactivated and to stay on the line for a representative. I don't use BOA, so I hung up.

Called at 6:30 AM and then got huffy with me.  When I asked what it was about they hung up.

SCAM..Left a message saying " Hello, this is a message from National Credit Union Administration. We regret to inform you that your debit card has been locked, to reactivated please press 1 now and you will be transferred to our 24 hour security department". I don't have a credit union account.
