It was a recording saying that my Bank of America debit card had been deactivated and to stay on the line for a representative. I don't use BOA, so I hung up.
This is a serious scam and they are listed in the FCC spam report. My cell phone had Extreme Call Blocker app and it was automatically disconnected because that App uses the FCC spam list. Please never respond to calls like this. It came in on my business line and was forwarded to my cell phone. Do not call list is not enforced but being on the list does stop telemarketers that are legitimate and use the list.
