Call and say the samething bout property. blah blah blah they are lame a** collection agency collecting debts older than my kids they can suck wind if they think they would get a red cent from me. i ignore any of tjeir tired attempts just ignore who cares they will get tired of trying far faster than i will ignoring them. if they get haneous save it and notify better business and att. general they can be sued for harrassment.
i got a call from this number about something that supposedly happened 8 years ago. i live in a different state than i did 8 years ago. this place is total bull. when i asked them questions about it they would not answer my questions with fact answers. they wouldn't tell me where this took place. they said they were a law office and asked if the sheriff came to the door with summons to court. i think they said that to try to scare me. when i called back they answered with corporate offices. i believe this might be a scam, but somehow they have my SS number and i didn't give it to them. not sure what to do, any advise?
I have received at least 6 calls from 951-847-3970 who purport to represent some type of legal or collection firm AKA JDI Group LLC.
The calls constitute unwarranted harassment of me and my family. I'm keeping count of the number of calls and intend to pursue any/all legal avenues available.
They called my home today (saw JDI on the caller ID) and they called my husband's cell. They used to call my cell because we are NOT the person they are looking for. How do you make them stop calling?
