Rude rude rude. Calls and threatens my wife with jail, lawsuit etc. I call and ask why they would say that to my wife that its not legal to make threats while collecting for debts. Called my wife a liar said that it never happened.
They called and said they would sue me if I did not make a payment on a debt from over 6 years ago I told them i should speak to my lawyer before I do anything and he he said that's fine I will be sued and hung up to bad the address they are serving me at is over 6 years old too what a joke lol trying to scare me
Called for my mother in law and said they had some legal information for her that was very important and that they would like her to call them, as it would be in her benefit.
