Collection agencies are not allowed to call your cell phone unless you gave them the number for a contact number. Tell them to stop calling your cell phone. If they don't report them to your Attorney General.
Recieved first call today. Said the call was for my husband and then went on to say the message was for someone who put my husband down as a contact. That's impossible since the person they say they are actually looking for is the man we bought our house from years ago. We don't even live there anymore.
Jokers.
called me @ 8:14 PM EST/ some person gave me as a reference and they need to talk to him by August 22nd.... they gave me numbers, ( which I could not understand) and told me to call a 888 number.... didn't, called the number above and a person answered and she said she needed the persons name they were calling about, I told her I didn't know the persons names and or how you got my phone number... she said she could not help me unless she had the persons name. she said if they call back to call them again with the persons name.... DON'T THINK SO!
