Who called from 9712201761

The number 971-220-1761 is calling me like every hour. Its beginning to get really old. How do I stop it?

Calls from this number coming to me several times a day now,And I am on Do Not Call list. I do not answer and it always rings three times and stops.

I started getting these calls today May 26th. It really scared me when it came up on my phone as LHELP. Again they must have called 4 times just today I'm not impressed. I am thinking what we could do to put a stop to it is to answer the phone and then leave them hanging it will hold up their phone line and maybe they will stop calling. Just a thought.

Received phone call from this number, no message left

I'm receiving calls in a regular basis from LHELP telephone #971-220-1003.  Is there any way to block this number?
