"Lower interest" called, but Digitone call blocker blocked the call. It just gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling.

I have tried repeatedly to get these [***] to stop calling me and all they do is hang up on me.  Such jerks!!

call frequently and never leaves a message.  I stopped answering long ago.  Always says they can lower my interest rates.
