Same here. Fake number, fake name. Didn't leave a message (thank goodness). I never answer these calls as trying to stop them by whatever method just doesn't seem to work.
Caller ID said Rhododendron OR. No voice response when I answered. Totally agree with the poster who wished politicians would add this daily nuisance to their talking points.
I have received many of these calls from that same number over the past few weeks; sometimes clogging up my answering machine and sometimes just a hang up when I answer the phone. I have family with serious health issues, and I am always on call to help. I do not need the extra anxiety of coming home and finding the answering machine blinking for a @#$* message or having someone hang up on me.
