I have been getting these calls as well but I never answer them. I figure if it was something important, they would leave a message. I rarely answer the phone if I do not know who is calling. However, sometimes it is best to answer the phone and tell them that you are not interested and to take your name off of their list or you will report them. That seems to work for the most part.
The web page asked me to answer the question about 201-215-1712 and I just did on another post. This call comes from Bayonne, NJ

I use Skype as my phone, so for me it's a simple matter of blocking them with a right-click and selecting block contact. That's what I do when strange numbers call me and don't leave messages in my voice mail more than once.
I received a call yesterday from this number and picked up as it also said "US Bank" on my caller ID (although I don't know why I did since we do not have an account with them). However, the person on the other end did not immediately respond to my "hello" and I could hear background noise like it was a call center. I said "hello" again and then a women with an Asian accent asked for a name whose last name I didn't understand, asked her to repeat it and said there is no one by that name. She apologized and hung up. After the call, I believe she used my husband's first name and the street we lived on as his last name. Funny, received another call this evening from the same number and didn't pick it up.
I also have US Bank accounts. I answered this number, and got a referral to an 800 number. I called that number and they started by asking for my account number. At this point I terminated the call. I contacted the branch of US Bank where I have my accounts, and they said this was not authorized by their bank, It is either the other bank cited in the other reports or a total scam.
