Received call from Kia at dinner time- not a good time- said they would call back and they have- at all times from dinner time and all evening. I took the time to answer his questions quickly the first time. If they want to know more why don't they just send something to fill out? So many calls are annoying.
I just had work done at the Kia dealership, so it must be them calling me for the survey. They don't leave voicemails, and since I get those bill collectors calling too, I usually don't answer unrecognized numbers. Next time if I see it I will answer so they can get their dumb survey & stop calling. lol
I received calls around 8pm PST for last few nights wondering who in NJ would be calling at 11pm EST. Just took my KIA to a dealership for service so now makes sense after reading these posts. Love the car and the service but these phone surveys are way too annoying. They need to find a better way to get customer satisfaction info as this process marks them down.
Yep - they called me today. Just bought a Kia Soul. Thanks for the info - now I will answer the call and give my dealer a 10 also. Really, they should leave a message if they want you to answer when they call back. Geez.
I bought a new Kia on Presidents day, and have gotten calls from this number the past 2 days now. One I missed anyway, and tonight I iddn't answer it. No message left either time. Probably Kia Customer saisfaction survey from what I read here.
