Received call from Kia at dinner time- not a good time- said they would call back and they have- at all times from dinner time and all evening. I took the time to answer his questions quickly the first time. If they want to know more why don't they just send something to fill out? So many calls are annoying.
i also bought a kia so this could be the number for the customer survey they called me on September 13 at 6:13 pm then also September 14 at 8:45 pm they never left a voicemail and i missed the call both times.
Must be Kia just purchased but I hate taking calls from the unknown and surveys can be done by the USPS - they can keep calling me if they want but I will continue to ignore all calls
We just purchased a new car from KIA but no message left so it must not be important - I will not take calls from unknown numbers especially out of state calls
My car is a KIA as well. This is the service they use for their surveys on how their customer service is. I reccommend loading it in the cell as KIA Survey. If you do the survey you will get free oil changes and tire roatations and such.
